KoniK is the first certified drum that promotes a circular economy thanks to a complete reuse cycle that limits the release of new waste onto the planet.In addition, the use of a single type of plastic makes disposal easier.

Konik for an easy storage, cylindrical for drumming. The KoniK drum is a unique and patented product. Inside it is the cylindrical shape that transforms the conical shape of the drum into a cylindrical shape: plus all this allows to reduce any risk related to wire jamming during unwinding.

THE NEEDS

Thanks to its special Klima version, equipped with a completely hermetic lid, it resists to sea transports protecting the drum from possible external agents.

A NEW AND CERTIFIED
CONCEPT

The KoniK drum encloses in a unique and patented product all the advantages that a conical shape, in terms of space and ease of use, allows to have. The cylindrical shape is positioned inside the KoniK drum, allowing the internal volume to easily change from a conical shape to a cylindrical shape that is adaptable and compatible with any filling machine.

The lateral lifting belts, positioned on the outside of the KoniK drum, make it possible to avoid any risks linked to contact with the wire, both during the winding and unwinding phases;

Konik Klima has been conceived, designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of sea transports. The hermetic closing system with lid equipped with gasket allows the complete insulation of the internal area of the drum from any external agent (e.g. umidity and water).

KONIK, THE SUSTAINABLE SOLUTION

KoniK is the first drum made entirely of recycled plastic and compared to the traditional cylindrical drum, it can be used up to three times. Moreover, it is 100% recyclable.

Conceived, designed and manufactured to have an improved life cycle, compared to the traditional cylindrical drum every single step of the production process has been optimized to minimize CO2 emissions.

ONE DRUM, COUNTLESS USES

KoniK is made with a single type of plastic, which makes recycling easier and enhances the value of the raw material.

At the end of the third use, Spazzolplastica is available to purchase the drum from its customers in order to grind it down and transform it into a renewed raw material ready to face a new cycle of uses.

SPACE OPTIMIZATION

INNOVATIVE DESIGN FOR A SMART MANAGEMENT

KoniK solves the problem of space allocated to transport and storage. The conical shape allows to store and transport 17 Konik drums in the space that is normally occupied by 3 traditional cylindrical drums.
